Weigh Watchers - La stabilisation ?

Bonjour,
comment fonctionne le programme de stabilisation chez weight watchers ?
J'arrive d'ici peu à mon poids souhaité :-) !
Actuellement j'ai droit à 18 points/jour.
Comment ça se passe après ?

moi j'aurais dit 22, si tu suis le programme Flexi POints, c +4 points pour la stab. surtout fais-la jusqu'au bout, c important!

alors, moi j'avais fait l'ancien programme "points plus", et c'était 6 smeaines.
maintenant je fais le nouveau programme "Flexi points", mais je sais pas trop combien dure la stab. je me renseigne et je te redis, ok?

alors confirmation donnée par une internaute de Weight Watchers France: 6 semaines
va voir le site www.weightwatchers.ch tu y trouveras plein d'info.
